Kazakh Senate Speaker urges government to rationalize spending, avoid tax hikes

Astana. Feb 6 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Maulen Ashimbayev, the Chairman of Kazakhstan’s Senate, has called on the government to focus on rationalizing expenses rather than resorting to tax increases.
