Kazakh government will conduct negotiations with operators of large oil fields to fulfil commitment to OPEC
ASTANA. Feb 4 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Despite the increase in oil production in Kazakhstan after the completion of the Tengiz expansion project, Kazakhstan is determined to comply with the OPEC+ agreements, the Ministry of Energy said in a Tuesday press release.
