POCR, Air Liquide to complete joint project for winter diesel fuel production in 2026


ASTANA. Jan 31 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Pavlodar Oil and Chemistry Refinery (POCR) intends to commission the unit for production of winter diesel fuel in the fall of 2026, the press service of the parent company KazMunaiGas (KMG) reported.
