Kazakhstan’s defense minister informs president on the army’s combat readiness

ASTANA. Jan 29 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President of Kazakhstan and Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Kassym-Jomart Tokayev held on Wednesday a meeting with Minister of Defense Ruslan Zhaksylykov, who briefed the president on the performance of his ministry in 2024, the presidential press service said in a press release.
