MOSCOW. Jan 29 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin stated that while it is possible to negotiate with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky as part of the ongoing Ukraine settlement, Zelensky has no legitimacy to sign any agreements.
