Belarusian election transparent, competitive - SCO, CIS monitoring missions

MOSCOW. Jan 27 (Interfax) - The Belarusian presidential election was competitive and held in accordance with the country's Electoral Code, the Russian Central Elections Commission said, citing the monitoring missions of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), which included members of the Russian Central Elections Commission.
