Kazakhstan ratifies agreement on bank guarantees in public procurement within EAEU
ASTANA. Jan 24 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed the law "On ratification of the agreement on mutual recognition of bank guarantees in public (municipal) procurement", the press service of the head of state reported.
