MOSCOW. Jan 23 (Interfax) - The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) will launch a program aimed to reinforce the Tajik-Afghan border this year, CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov said in Moscow on Thursday.
