PAVLODAR. Jan 14 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The prosecutor's office of Pavlodar, the administrative center of the Pavlodar region, together with the police department for combating organized crimes, have revealed that disabled residents of a private board and care home have been regularly beaten by the personnel, the regional prosecutor's office said in a Tuesday press release.
