Astana court ruled that NCOC pay over 3.5 bln tenge for environmental violations

ASTANA. Jan 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Specialised Interdistrict Economic Court of Astana has ruled to collect more than 3.5 billion tenge from the operator of the Kashagan oil and gas field and the North Caspian Operating Company (NCOC) consortium for environmental violations, according to a court decision published in the Kazakhstan Court Case Database.
