International experts investigate AZAL plane crash in Kazakhstan, ICAO praises transparency


ASTANA. Dec 30 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - A team of 17 international experts, including representatives from Brazil’s Center for Investigation and Prevention of Aeronautical Accidents (CENIPA), the Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC), and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), has arrived in Aktau, Kazakhstan, to investigate the Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL) plane crash that occurred on December 25, killing 38 people.
