ASTANA. Dec 27 (Interfax) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in a phone call reassured his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev that all necessary efforts will be made to facilitate a comprehensive and unbiased investigation and analysis of all circumstances behind Wednesday's air crash near Aktau, Tokayev's press service said on Friday.
