ALMATY. Dec 24 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (KTZ), the national railway operator, has restricted the loading of grain at the Aktau seaport December 21 to 27 to avoid the overstocking of grain at the Aktau seaport railway station, KTZ told Interfax-Kazakhstan agency.
