Kazakhstan court freezes assets of charity head accused of stealing 1.7 billion tenge


ASTANA. Dec 13 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - A court in Kazakhstan has ordered the seizure of assets belonging to Perizat Kayrat, the head and co-founder of a public charity, who is accused of embezzling 1.7 billion tenge, the Financial Monitoring Agency reported.
