BISHKEK. Dec 12 (Interfax) - Kyrgyz Prime Minister Akylbek Japarov has described the improvement of the socioeconomic situation and the higher welfare of the population as key indicators of efficient cooperation in the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) space.
