OPEC+ produces 222,000 bpd below plan in Nov; 'penalized' Iraq overproduces by 143,000 bpd, Kazakhstan by 62,000 bpd, Russia by 46,000 bpd (Part 2)
MOSCOW. Dec 11 (Interfax) - OPEC+ member countries produced 35.23 million barrels of oil per day in November, which was 222,000 bpd below the plan of 35.45 million bpd for the month, OPEC said in its monthly report.
