Father of murdered teen in Talgar arrested for disorderly conduct


ALMATY. Dec 11 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The father of a teenager, who was murdered two months ago in Talgar has been arrested for 15 days for rowdy behavior, the press service of the regional court reported.
