MOSCOW. Dec 4 (Interfax) - The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) has been watching the advance of NATO's military infrastructure toward the western borders of Russia and Belarus, CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov said on Wednesday, adding that no scenarios can be ruled out amid today's geopolitical turbulence.
