Kazakhstan and China launch electronic system for international carrier permits

ASTANA. Dec 2 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan and China have rolled out an electronic system for exchanging International Carrier Permits (ICPs), significantly easing cross-border freight transportation, the Ministry of Transport of Kazakhstan announced.
