CSTO acts as guarantor of security for all member states - Tokayev

ASTANA. Nov 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has said that the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) has consistently acted as the guarantor of security for all member states.
