MOSCOW. Nov 26 (Interfax) - Documents upgrading crisis management mechanisms of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) and raising security at the Tajik-Afghan border will be adopted at the CSTO summit in Astana on November 28 with the participation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Russian presidential aide Yury Ushakov said.
