Rail cars wear and tear issue in Kazakhstan to be solved by unified leasing company

ASTANA. Nov 26 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - It is planned to create a single leasing company in Kazakhstan to solve the problem of wear and tear of passenger cars. The company will provide cars for rent with subsequent sale, the Minister of Transport of the Republic Marat Karabayev said.
