Kazakh president appoints new commanders in the armed forces

ASTANA. Nov 26 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has made changes to key leadership positions in Kazakhstan's Ground Forces and the South Regional Command, according to the presidential press service.
