Kazakhstan may build a new oil refinery in West Kazakhstan region

ASTANA. Nov 25 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – A fourth oil refinery in Kazakhstan, which is expected to be built after 2030, will most likely be located in the West Kazakhstan region, Minister of Energy Almasadam Satkaliyev said.
