Majilis ratifies agreement on mutual recognition of bank guarantees in public procurement by EAEU states

ASTANA. Nov 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Majilis, the lower chamber of Kazakhstan’s parliament, adopted on Wednesday the Law on Ratification of the Agreement on Mutual Recognition of Bank Guarantees in Government (Public) Procurement Activities.
