Kazakhstan will cancel restrictions on statutory capital for ordinary operations of EBRD

ASTANA. Nov 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Majilis, the lower chamber of Kazakhstan’s parliament, adopted on Wednesday the Law on Ratification of the Amendments to Article 12.1 of the Agreement on the Establishment of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in Order to Abolish the Statutory Capital Restrictions on Ordinary Operations.
