Russia may use nuclear weapons in response to critical threat of aggression with conventional arms against itself or Belarus - state policy

MOSCOW. Nov 19 (Interfax) - Russia reserves the right to use nuclear weapons in response to aggression against itself or Belarus with the use of conventional weapons if it critically threatens their sovereignty, according to Russia's nuclear deterrence policy.
