MOSCOW. Nov 19 (Interfax) - Russia uses nuclear deterrence in response to threats caused by a potential adversary's possession or deployment of missile defense systems, intermediate- and shorter-range missiles, precision-guided conventional weapons and attack drones, according to Russia's nuclear deterrence policy.
