Kazatomprom shareholders have approved deal to supply uranium to China’s CNNC Overseas and CNUC


ASTANA. Nov 15 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – The extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of National Atomic Company Kazatomprom JSC has approved to conclude a spot contract for the sale and purchase of natural uranium concentrates between Kazatomprom and CNNC Overseas Limited and a long-term agreement for the sale and purchase of natural uranium concentrates between Kazatomprom and China National Uranium Corporation Limited (CNUC), Kazatomprom said in a Friday press release.
