ASTANA. Nov 4 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has expressed his condolences to Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić after part of the roof collapsed at the railway station in Novi Sad killing 14 people.
