ASTANA. Nov 4 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's first tungsten ore processing plant has officially opened in the Almaty region, backed by a $300 million investment from a Chinese company, according to the press service of the Kazakh Ministry of Industry and Construction.
