MOSCOW. Nov 1 (Interfax) - The oil production plan of the OPEC+ countries, accounting for quotas, voluntary reductions and compensation for under-reduced volumes, has risen by 208,000 barrels per day to 35.45 million bpd in November from 35.24 million bpd in October, according to Interfax calculations.
