Kazakhstan considers establishing international consortium for NPP construction


ASTANA. Oct 31 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's first nuclear power plant may be developed by an international consortium following recent public support in a nationwide referendum, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev announced.
