Kazakh parliament has ratified agreement with Vietnam on transfer of convicted persons

ASTANA. Oct 31 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Senate, the upper chamber of Kazakhstan’s parliament, adopted on Thursday the Law on Ratification of the Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on Transfer of Convicted Persons, an Interfax-Kazakhstan correspondent reported.
