Airbus Helicopters acquires 90% stake in Eurocopter Kazakhstan Engineering

ASTANA. Oct 24 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Franco-German Airbus Helicopters has become the owner of 90% of the shares in Eurocopter Kazakhstan Engineering, thereby receiving a controlling stake, Airbus Helicopters announced.
