KazTransOil introduces compensatory tariff for oil transportation due to budget shortfall

ASTANA. Oct 24 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - KazTransOil JSC (KTO) is introducing a compensatory tariff for oil transportation in Kazakhstan due to a shortfall in its tariff budget and investment program for 2023.
