Kazakhstan National Fund transfers highlight current fiscal rule limitations

ALMATY. Oct 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Kazakh authorities’ stated intention to increase transfers from the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan (NFRK) underscores the limitations of the country’s fiscal rule but does not undermine the sovereign’s robust fiscal buffers, Fitch Ratings says.
