BRICS to study creation cross-border settlement and depositary infrastructure, reinsurance company

MOSCOW. Oct 23 (Interfax) - The BRICS states have agreed "to discuss and study" the feasibility of establishing an independent cross-border settlement and depositary infrastructure called BRICS Clear, which is "to complement the existing financial market infrastructure," the Kazan summit declaration said.
