Criminal case of negligence opened in connection with prisoner escape from a detention centre in Talgar - MIA

ASTANA. Oct 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - A pre-trial investigation under the article "negligence" has been opened against employees of the temporary detention center of the Talgar district of the Almaty region, from which a rape suspect escaped the day before, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan Igor Lepekha reported.
