ASTANA. Oct 11 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The National Bank of Kazakhstan is set to announce its decision on the base rate on October 11. Most analysts surveyed by Interfax-Kazakhstan anticipate that the rate will remain unchanged at 14.25%.
