MOSCOW. Oct 8 (Interfax) - An informal meeting between the leaders of Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), who have arrived in Moscow for a summit, passed in a calm and friendly atmosphere on the evening of October 7, Russian presidential aide Yury Ushakov said.
