CIS observer mission finds no violations during Kazakhstan's referendum

ALMATY. Oct 7 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The CIS observer mission reported that no violations were detected during Kazakhstan's referendum on the construction of a nuclear power plant, according to Leonid Anfimov, the first deputy secretary general of the CIS.
