Kazakhstan's sugar beet harvest forecasted at 1.1 million tonnes
ASTANA. Oct 7 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan is expected to harvest 1.1 million tonnes of sugar beet this year, which will allow for the production of approximately 120,000 tonnes of sugar, according to the government press service.
