Tokayev: International consortium should handle NPP construction

ASTANA. Oct 7 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev stated that if the citizens support the construction of a nuclear power plant (NPP), the project should be entrusted to an international consortium of companies with advanced technologies.
