Kazakhstan's Nuclear Power Plant referendum conducted transparently -SCO

ASTANA. Oct 7 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The referendum on the construction of a nuclear power plant (NPP) in Kazakhstan is being conducted in accordance with the country's legislation and international obligations, stated Oleg Kopylov, Deputy Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), as reported by the state agency Kazinform.
