Voter turnout at referendum on building NPP in Kazakhstan reaches 63.87% - CEC's preliminary results

ASTANA. Oct 7 (Interfax) - The voter turnout at a national referendum on building a nuclear power plant (NPP) held on Sunday reached 63.87%, according to the preliminary results, Kazakh Central Elections Commission (CEC) Secretary Mukhtar Yerman said.
