Tokayev signs new laws mandating moped licensing and regulation of electric scooters

ASTANA. Oct 4 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed a law amending regulations on the movement of certain vehicles and road safety, as announced by the President's press service on Thursday.
