Nearly 180 international observers and 200 foreign journalists will monitor referendum in Kazakhstan

ASTANA. Oct 1 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan has completed the accreditation of 177 international observers from 30 countries and four international organizations to monitor the referendum on construction of a nuclear power plant in the republic, said Mukhtar Yerman, the secretary of the Central Election Commission (CEC).
