Kazakhstan's inflation steady at 0.4% in September; yearly rate slows to 8.3%

ASTANA. Oct 1 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - According to the Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms, inflation in Kazakhstan for September was reported at 0.4%.
