ASTANA. Sept 30 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Since the beginning of the year, teenagers in Kazakhstan have committed 14 suicides and attempted suicides, in most cases under the influence of alcohol, the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Shyngys Alekeshev said.
